All-Age Disability Team

This includes support in the form of a ‘care package’ of services for your child, if eligible. Services provided may include activities, short breaks, care arrangements, or a personal budget.

Adolescent Sure Start

This is a Southwark Council Team offering support to young people living in Southwark aged 11-19 (or up to 25 for young people with SEND) and their parents and carers.
