Join us for an essential coKee morning focused on key topics many families have questions about, including:
- Applying for school transport
- Understanding direct payments for transport
- What independent travel training really involves
- Navigating the complaints process
As your child enters secondary school, you may be told they qualify for independent travel training or be asked to switch from school transport to direct payments. It’s important to understand what this means for you and your child — and what support
you’re entitled to.
Complaints about transport can be distressing and often go unheard. This session gives you the opportunity to raise your concerns and help shape future improvements.
We’re pleased to welcome Suzannah Beazley, Interim Travel Assistance Manager/Sustainable Travel Development Lead, who will be on hand to answer your questions and listen to your experiences.
